The new release from SpaceMetal has landed!

behold!

The intrepid men of SpaceMetal approach a familiar port after yet another lengthy sojourn across vast, dark gulfs of space-time, the glint of impossibly distant stars the only markers of existence within the endless vacuum of stark oblivion they boldly traverse.

The bruised and battered condition of their trusty vessel, more damaged than usual after this particular voyage, tells the tale that their recorded ship’s log will divulge in greater detail: observations communicated to the masses in SpaceMetal’s now-classic form of pulverizing riffs and axis-shifting grooves, searing vocals that cut through the sonic barrage to deliver unsettling images from beyond the outermost reaches.

And just what did our voyagers discover this time out, in the far flung worlds of the most remote galaxies? The same tales of woe found on their own home world: war, strife, conflict; unbridled power and unwilling submission; the promises of authority, and the wanton debasement of the powerless.

Whether the overlords anoint themselves czars or wizards, whether the masses are forced into war or choose it themselves over a life of enslavement, you will recognize much in the accounts of these distant, desperate lives; listen and despair, for such is civilization in all its forms! But let the music engulf you, and you may find yourself raising a fist of defiance against the universal forces which seek to use conflict to oppress the weak.

Believe in the power of SpaceMetal, for it is a strength that belongs to all.
